Dear reader, you might recall part one of the woeful tale of a tax collector come to trouble Thimblecross. You might recall the teller of the tale, one dubious scarecrow dubbed 'Jolly.' You may recall episodes of flatulence, musical interludes, and the tax collector's determination to appraise Harrow Castle right after he audits the town.
Or you may not wish to recall such things at all. I would not blame you.
